The boat that rocked es la nueva película de Richard Curtis tras Love actually, una comedia sobre una emisora de radio ilegal de los años 60 situada en un viejo barco en medio del Mar del Norte. Lo más llamativo de la película, además del continuo homenaje al rock sesentero (ojo a la coña sobre Abbey Road del poster) es su reparto, lleno de cracks: desde el omnipresente Phillip Seymour Hoffman hasta el gran Bill Nighy (el rockero de Love actually, Davy Jones en Piratas del Caribe, etc), Nick Frost (el coprotagonista de Zombies party), Rhys Ifans, Kenneth Branagh, Emma Thompson, January Jones, Jack Davenpot y Gemma Arterton, cuyo personaje esperemos no sea tan absurdo y forzado como en Quantum of solace.

Uf, esto me huele a cine de culto y si no lo es, poco le faltará. El elenco es genial, perfecto, variopinto y acertado.

QUIERO VER ESTO... YA.

Teniendo en cuenta el reparto, el argumento y que Richard Curtis está detrás de todo esto será de visión obligatoria. :yes

Ya tenemos fecha de estreno en España: 29 de mayo (con todo el mundo yendo a ver Star Trek, Ángeles y demonios y Lobezno... y la siguiente semana Terminator... esto huele a fracaso en taquilla, la verdad). :mosqueo

Pasa siempre, pero a gente como Nighy, Ifans o Frost 0oblados siempre los encuentro extrañísimos y como forzados... me pasa más con los actores ingleses que con los yanquis, vaya usté a saber por qué.

Siempre con el mismo tema. ¿Cuantas veces ha pasado que el doblaje de un trailer, hecho deprisa y corriendo, no tiene nada que ver con el de la propia película?

Este finde ví el poster en el pasillo del cine y no tenia ni idea de qué peli era. Teniendo a este reparto y habiendo visto el trailer, espero verla en el cine.

El doblaje me ha parecido correcto. Creo que respecta la continuidad con el doblaje en algunos actores, tal es el caso de Brannagh ( Jordi Brau ), Bill Nighy ( Jaume Comas ), Hoffman ( Rafael Calvo )...

lo de Folk con Ifans me suena raro raro... Gas me gusta mucho con Nighy (LOVE ACTUALLY).
