Mantendrán el formato 9:16?
 
No creo. Lo bueno que tenía Quibi es que, en teoría, todo estaba encuadrado tanto en vertical como en horizontal y la app te cambiaba al vuelo según como sujetases el móvil.

Así que, salvo que añadan esa funcionalidad en su app móvil, lo más lógico sería subirlo todo en 16:9 horizontal tanto para TV como para dispositivos móviles.
