* Interactive Timelines—Three distinct timelines featuring a combination of video, images, text and audio that can be accessed linearly or randomly.

[tab=30:ecxql8b2] o Fiction: A comprehensive timeline identifying the chronological events of the film.

* Braveheart: A Look Back— Features new interviews with members of the cast and crew reminiscing about their experiences making the film and its enduring impact on cinema.

* Smithfield: Medieval Killing Fields—Relates the remarkable history of Smithfield, which for centuries was regularly filled with the roars of crowds, regal fanfares and rowdy games. Smithfield is also known as the site of William Wallace’s execution, along with other terrifying spectacles when heretics, rebels and criminals were put to death.

* Battlefields of the Scottish Rebellion— Two major Scottish battlefields, Falkirk and Bannockburn, will be presented as 3D models that can be explored for further investigation into the military strategies and timetables employed in each. Topography, weapons, troop movements, and leadership data can also be accessed. An alternate playing mode will allow the story of each battle to unfold in an “automated” fashion, much like the interactive dioramas displayed at historical site museums around the world.

Los chicos de la web alemana Areadvd se han puesto en contacto con Fox ante el reciente anuncio de su lanzamiento en USA por parte de Paramount y les han dicho que está prevista para el último trimestre del año.
Recordemos que los derechos de Braveheart los tiene Paramount en USA y Fox en el resto del mundo.

Esa portada es un auténtico atentado contra el buen gusto. Yo no sé si la cogeré, no al menos hasta que vea que la imagen es decente. Por la parte de la película, nada que objetar: me parece fantástica.

Eso sí ese XV detrás del logo pues como que no.

Pues esto debería hacer que activemos el modo wait and see para futuros lanzamientos de Paramount en USA... :pensativo
 
Analisis y comparativa con la última edición z1 (nada que ver con la que arrastramos aquí de Fox desde hace años) en Dvdbeaver. La calidad de imagen parece impresionante y, a diferencia del otro lanzamiento Sapphire, Gladiator, muy natural y cinematográfica.

Ah si, y ya está confirmado que está bloqueada para región A.

Esa escena final de libertad con tripas es probablemente la que más odie de la historia

Txema, en el post de Dr_X hay colgada una comparatia entre el DVD USA (Paramount) y esta misma edición BD. Claro que si la comparación fuera con el DVD editado aquí por Fox el resultado podría ser aun más sangrante... :sudor
