Los contenedores se crean nuevos cada vez que se ejecutan y se borran por completo cada vez que se paran.
Así que la respuesta es: paras lo que tienes, modificas lo que sea para añadir lo que te puse, y arrancas de nuevo para que se vuelva a crear.

Los contenedores, como se crean y se destruyen, literalmente, por eso necesitan esa sección de "volumes", para que en donde los ejecutes se guarden los archivos que quieres mantener.

Son un concepto parecido pero al mismo tiempo diferente a las máquinas virtuales. La gracia está en que al mantener solamente lo necesario (que te lo indica el que crea el contenedor), la actualización a una nueva versión es un chiste.

Pero en los contenedores siguen sin aparecer los puertos

Me parece a mi que voy a tener que hacerlo todo desde cero.

¿Borraste el contenedor y volviste a ejecutar el comando? Qué raro me parece.
 
Pues nada, que no hay manera.

Por no dar mucho la matraca. ¿Algún tutorial sencillo para nivel inútil de cómo montar Openmediavault y Plex en una Pi?

Vale, pues creo que está todo correcto. Al poner la opción "network_mode:host" en lugar de darle una IP interna y que redirija de la IP de la raspberry a esa IP, en realidad al Plex le estás diciendo que utilice la propia IP de la Raspberry.

Total, que si accedes a la IP de la Raspberry y el puerto de Plex, tiene que estar funcionando.

Lo se, pero es que no consigo que funcione. También he intentado entrar en Heimdall que cuando monté todo si que pude pero ahora no puedo.

Para el contenedor, arráncalo y vete a los logs a ver qué pone. Ponlo por aquí y vemos si aparece algo.

¿Y desde otro equipo, si haces un telnet al puerto 32400 de la IP de la raspberry?

La última línea del log te dice que no se puede iniciar el servicio de Plex, y eso debiera dar una pista.

Una búsqueda de esa línea de log en Google nos lleva a un interesante hilo que habla del problema

Bueno, pues he creado desde cero otro Open Media Vault con Plex y me funciona. Mañana seguiré con las pruebas que hoy es un poco tarde.

Muchas gracias por los consejos, me apunto las direcciones que me ha pasado @DeBilbao y os iré informando de los progresos.
 
Pues ya estamos otra vez. Ayer funcionaba todo bien, pero otra vez, en cuanto reinicio la raspberry deja de funcionar plex. Me da el siguiente error en el log. Parece un problema de permisos de escritura:

Creo que el problema lo tengo cuando se reinicia las Pi que no deber cargar algo. Cuando hice todo el proceso de creación del Openmediavault, portainer, plex y demases funcionó de lujo tanto el Heimdall como Plex, pero en cuanto reinicié la Pi empezó a dar problemas y ya no carga.
 
Creo que ya he encontrado el fallo. Cuando se reinicia la Pi entonces Plex empieza a dar estos errores:
chown: changing ownership of '/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Cache/PhotoTranscoder/b9/b9a0e922830d2b2f2026420d64717a90733df0a3.jpg': Operation not permitted

He intentado a través de WinSCP dar permisos de lectura/escritura a la carpeta pero me da error, tanto con el usuario original que cree como con el Root. A través de Putty ni de Openmediavault no se hacerlo. ¿Algún alma caritativa que me enseñe?

Perdona, porque ando a mil cosas. Es muy posible que la carpeta no tenga permisos para el usuario que ejecuta el docker. ¿Qué pasos hiciste para montar todo desde el inicio?
 
Te da un error de escritura en "/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media......"
Esa carpeta del contenedor seguramente esté mapeada a la raspberry.

Por otra parte, no entiendo cuando dices que cambiaste los permisos del disco entero. ¿Qué permisos diste?
Tienes que ir a /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-A6CE-38A5 y a la carpeta Plex darle permisos.

Mira, por si te sirve, esto es lo que hice yo paso por paso para configurarlo:

El usuario que utilizo se llama "pi"

DOCKER

curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com -o get-docker.sh
sudo sh get-docker.sh
sudo usermod -aG docker pi
sudo mkdir /docker
sudo chown pi /docker
mkdir /docker/nodered
mkdir /docker/nodered/data
sudo reboot

Las dos líneas en negrita son la clave. La primera (usermod) añade al grupo "docker" al usuario "pi".
Y la segunda le da permisos al usuario "pi" en la carpeta /docker

Tú por ejemplo tienes que hacer:

sudo usermod -aG docker xxxxxxx
sudo chown xxxxxxxx /srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-A6CE-38A5

Pues no hay manera, me dice que no está permitida la acción. ¿No se puede hacer mediante menús? sin tener que programar. A ver si consigo enterarme más.

Escribo mi último post para decir que me rindo, que esto del Linux me supera ya por edad. Me voy a pasar a un NAS en toda regla y a correr.
