Clásicos animados de la Disney

Y que decir del juez Frollo del jorobado de notre-dame, uno de los villanos mas tetricos y a la vez mas humanos de la historia de la compañia.

Curiosamente, cuando veía a Alan Rickman en Sweeney Todd no paraba de pensar en Frollo.

Blancanieves y los siete enanitos (1937)
El libro de la selva (1967). Con esta se alcanza la cima y se cierra un ciclo. Muere Walt Disney y los posteriores títulos, salvo excepciones, no tendrán ya la misma calidad hasta el resurgimiento, a finales de los 80.
La bella y la bestia (1991)
Aladdin (1992)
El rey león (1994). El canto del cisne. La mejor película de Disney y una de las mejores de la historia del cine de animación, con ella se acaban para siempre las grandes películas de animación en 2D de Walt Disney.

Pinocho (1940)
Fantasía (1940). Un experimento arriegado que los más pequeño (a mí me pasó) no sabrán apreciar.

Alicia en el país de las maravillas (1951)

Merlín el encantador (1963). Una joya infravalorada y poco recordada.
Robin Hood (1973). Una de las grandes en una de las épocas más mediocres de la compañía.
Basil, el ratón superdetective (1986). Otra joyita no suficientemente valorada.
La sirenita (1989). El resurgir. Menken se lució.

Bambi (1942)

Los Aristogatos (1970). ¡Todos quieren ya ser Gato Jazz!
El Jorobado de Notre Dame (1996). La compañía se sacó de la manga esta preciosa adaptación en su etapa más mediocre.


Interesantes

La Bella Durmiente (1959). Llamativo cambio de estilo en el dibujo, tiene la que para mí es, tal vez, la mejor villana Disney ever: Maléfica, el primer personaje trans de la historia de la animación (después llegaría su versión obesa y marina con Úrsula, de La Sirenita).

Tod y Toby (1981). Esta es para llorar.


Regulares/mediocrillas

Oliver y su pandilla (1988)
Los Rescatadores en Cangurolandia (1990). Bah, no salía ni Madame Medusa.
Pocahontas (1995). El comienzo del declive definitivo.

Mulan (1998). La peor de todas.

Ninguna la puedo considerar mala porque a todas les encuentro algo. A partir de Tarzán ya no vale la pena ni mencionar nada, aunque Zafarrancho en el rancho no estaba nada mal.
Por cierto, la única de todos los clásicos Disney que no he visto nunca es Tarón y el caldero mágico.

había por ahi una imagen promocional en la que salía Hércules en plan star, firmando autógrafos pero al estilo de la época, es decir, picando con una alcayata en un trozo de piedra caliza

Dumbo es maravillosa.

Entrarían tambien en el pack las pelis con actores reales y trozos de animación combinadas? Mary Poppins sería la más mítica en ese sentido, pero tambien rondan por ahí la bruja novata, Pedro y el dragón Elliott ( o algo así )...

Yo acabare pronto, me gustan todas, TODAS, soy asi de tolerante. Como dice VMM a todas les saco algo, y me rio con todas ellas, excepto algunos casos claro.

Pienso que Disney, ha perdido el norte, y deberia revisionar clasicos suyos para volver a la etapa dorada que llegaron a tener, hoy por hoy, el concepto Disney, lo tiene mas que subrayado Pixar, que creo, son los que han recogido el testigo caido.

Como dice nogales, tambien hay muchas joyas disney de mezcla de dibujos e imagen real. Mary Poppins seria la referencial en este tema, aunque los tres caballeros, la bruja novata , pedro y el dragon elliott o cancion del sur tampoco le van a la saga.Muy recomendables todas ellas.

Yo disiento algo de la lista del colega VMM. Para mi tanto pinocho como bambi como dumbo como cenicienta como fantasia como blancanieves como alicia en el pais de las maravillas como el libro de la selva como 101 dalmatas como peter pan como merlin el encantador o como la dama y el vagabundo entran en la categoria de obras maestras. Como tambien lo hacen joyas mas modernas como la sirenita , la bella y la bestia, aladdin , el rey leon o el jorobado de notre-dame. Luego en muy buenas se quedan los aristogatos , taron, basil, robin hood, tod y toby y los rescatadores.

De verdad, es imposible de valorar la gigantesca contribucion de peliculas como fantasia o bambi al cine de animacion actual. Magistrales experimentos que abririan muchos caminos en el terreno de la animacion y que son sin duda obras maestras absolutas. Yo pocas veces me he emocionado mas en el cine como cuando matan a la madre de bambi sin verse ni el asesino ni el cadaver y como bambi llama a su madre desconsolado.

- El señor sapo
- La leyenda de Pecos Bill

Reivindico desde aquí y ahora Atlantis y El emperador y sus locuras. Grandes films animados que pasaron como quien no quiere la cosa pero que son buenísimos.

Para mi gusto todos tienen su grado de calidad pero donde estén los clásicos de siempre que se quiten las nuevas entregas (sobre todo las que están hechas en 3D). Me encantan Peter Pan, Merlín el encantador, Pinocho, los aristogatos. Títulos más recientes como Básil, los rescatadores (y su genial secuela).

En cambio (se me puede lapidar) El rey león nunca ha sido de mis favoritas (al igual que Pocahontas). La verdad es que los títulos Disney son clásicos imperecederos que nunca pasarán de moda y siempre van a estar ahí, pase la generación que pase.

Nogales, la que comentas es "La ruta hacia el Dorado". Es de las primeras que presentó Dreamworks.

Los rescatadores en cangurolandia (BSO 10)

Cuanta razón llevas. Los rescatadores en cangurolandia es una disfrute sin igual. La acción y aventura es un alucine, de lo mejorcito entre todos los clásicos. Me encantan los personajes y el trazo que emplean en ellos. Los rescatadores era de la época en los que el trazo era como granulado mientras que en la secuela el dibujo es más limpio y más detallado.

Me encanta el villano. Realista y trágico al fin y al cabo.

Otra que reivindico es Lilo y Stitch. Me la compré a ciegas y me alegró un montón haberlo hecho. La historia es triste en sí pero es una buena manera de meter sci-fi. Y la bso (todo Elvis) es un gran acierto.

Ayer disfruté de 101 dálmatas (hacía años, como unos 10-12 que no la veía) y sigue estando igual. Es un clásico por méritos propios.

Además esa Cruella deVil es todo un logro. Pocos villanos tienen ese glamour, ese carisma y esa villanía. Un 10 para Disney.

Mis favoritas: El Libro De La Selva, Alicia En El País De Las Maravillas y Fantasía. Una peli que pasó muy desapercibida, pero muy divertida, es El Emperador Y Sus Locuras. De las que mezclan imagen real con dibus, sin duda prefiero La Bruja Novata a Mary Poppins.

Y pendientes por ver, queda Los Aristogatos, de la cual me han dicho que es una de las pelis de Disney más divertidas que existen.

Una peli que pasó muy desapercibida, pero muy divertida, es El Emperador Y Sus Locuras.

Yo opino igual que tu. Como comenté en un post más atrás se tendría que reivindicar algo más este puntazo de película. Es un divertimento sin igual y tiene una comedia de lo mejorcito en tiempo. Además el doblaje que le puso Angel Garó es inmejorable.

Y pendientes por ver, queda Los Aristogatos, de la cual me han dicho que es una de las pelis de Disney más divertidas que existen.

Vas a disfrutar, te lo aseguro. La BSO es muy buena y los dibujos en sí son pura delicia.

Ayer, a petición familiar, nos vimos "la bella durmiente". Qué clásico señores, qué clásico.

Se mantiene igual que el 1r. día. Lástima que en el dvd Disney hayan redoblado los diálogos y me da cabreo supremo pero tampoco me hizo disfrutar menos de esta gran joyita.

Que dibujos. Disney tiene que volver a sus orígenes a la voz de YA. Me gustó ver en los menús el "como se hizo". Me sorprendió que en el año 59 fuese la película de más recaudación después de Ben-Hur.
