Las 4k si al archivo en el nombre le pones 4k veo que te lo cambia, pero es un poco mierder porque el TMM no te deja poner 4k en el nombre del fichero, te pone 2160p o las dimensiones pero no 4K. y la etiqueta 3D no sirve

Así que que si el fichero o la carpeta incluyen "3d" debería mostrar esa caja. Prueba con "3dbd" a ver si lo hace.

Edito: Mirando más el código, para 3d el fichero o la carpeta deben incluir ".3dbd." o ".3d.". Por ej: "Perico los Palotes.3d.mkv"

Las condiciones las tienes en el fichero skin.aeonmq9\xml\Includes.xml por lo que podrías modificarlo, substituirlo en el zip del skin que puedes descargar desde https://mirrors.mit.edu/kodi/addons/matrix/skin.aeonmq9/skin.aeonmq9-1.6.0.zip e instalarlo.

Este Includes.xml debería funcionar para que te muestre la caja de 4K cuando el fichero tenga el 2160p que te saca el TinyMediaManager:
