The Super HD label went away. Now the "HD" label indicates 720p at 2350- or 3000 Kpbs or 1080p at 4300- or 5800 Kbps. There are some titles that are 720p-only; while the Super HD label was still there these were the only titles which were labelled simply "HD". I miss that a little, but I'll survive.
FYI, there are four 2160p video encodes for titles labeled "Ultra HD 4K" (which you can only see on 4K devices, mainly apps in 4K smart TVs at the moment). There are at 8000-, 10000-, 12000- and 15600 Kbps.
I don't think that any huge percentage of people are sensitive to 2:3 pulldown judder. Most television showr are shot in 24p to which 2:3 pulldown has been applied before broadcast. Some televisions capable of even pulldown (5:5, etc) have mechanisms for detecting that and converting.
