Y que ahora los actores quieren doble chequeo de seguridad en los decorados.

Lucas ya estaría con su cara de palo y estresadito perdido con el contratiempo. Spielberg seguiría rodando escenas de acción con la espalda del doble. ¿Y Abrams?

Are the 'Star Wars: Episode VII' Villains Jedi Hunters?. Lupita Nyong'o, Adam Driver and David Oyelowo are rumored to be Jedi Hunters hired by the Empire to kill off the remaining Jedi knights in 'Star Wars 7'.


New Star Wars: Episode VII plot details have reportedly leaked directly out of Pinewood Studios in the UK, where the film continues to shoot without Harrison Ford currently on set. Spies claim they have intel on the villains in this upcoming trilogy, and that they are Jedi Hunters played by Adam Driver and Lupita Nyong'o, along with the voice of David Oyelowo.

This news comes from Making Star Wars, who go out of their way to explain that the sources responsible for this new information have not read the script, but are basing this news on what they've seen on and around the very secretive set.

If we are to believe this report, the villains of Star Wars: Episode VII are not Sith but in fact called Jedi Hunters. They are black clad individuals, some of them helmeted, all of them scary, who are hired by the Empire to hunt and kill the few remaining Jedi in the galaxy. They also use lightsabers as their main weapon, which promises the potential for some new and exciting lightsaber duels in the new trilogy.

One source confirmed that these new characters fall in line with what has been revealed about The Inquisitor, a villain created specifically for the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels. It is not known if The Inquisitor himself will make an appearance.

While David Oyelowo has not been confirmed by Disney or LucasFilm as a member of the cast, numerous different sources claim he has joined the production as a voice actor. He will be one of the three main villains, alongside Adam Driver and Lupita Nyong'o who appear in the flesh. Some sources claim to have spotted Lupita Nyong'o walking around the set in yellow contact lenses.

The Jedi Hunters wear black and chrome amour, and fall inline with the look of the Stormtroopers. They are very Imperial-looking in design and nature. They are characters newly created for this franchise.

This new report also backs up the claim that no new Republic has been set up since the events seen in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi. The Jedi Hunters have kept the Jedi from forming a new Republic. While they are not members of the Sith, who have died out, they do worship the Sith and plan to resurrect them. Their mandate is to protect the Sith at all cost and ensure their future survival.

More story details go onto claim that Luke Skywalker has fought the Jedi Hunters for the past 30 years of his life, but he is now tired and in desperate need of some help. The bad guys' goal is to resurrect the Sith, which they manage to do in Star Wars: Episode VIII, and then Star Wars: Episode IX finds our heroes trying to kill off the new Sith lord.

En Making of Star Wars han hablado con sus fuentes en los estudios Pinewood, donde se está grabando “Star Wars: Episodio VII”, que les confirman datos como que los villanos se llamarán Jedi Hunters, figuras aterradoras vestidas de negro que se dedican a cazar Jedis para el Imperio.

Según afirman esas fuentes, Hunters y Jedis llevarían luchando mucho tiempo, y los malvados serían la causa de que no se hubiera instaurado una nueva República tras los acontecimientos de “El retorno del Jedi”. Luke Skywalker les ha combatido durante décadas, pero ahora necesita ayuda para evitar la resurrección de los Sith. Por ahí puede ir la cosa…

Todo depende de la manera en que se enfoque, siempre he tenido mucha curiosidad por conocer más acerca de los sith, Darth Maul me pareció un villano de lo más icónico y totalmente desaprovechado y nunca dejaré de lamentar que no se le hubiera dado más interés.
